Freedom to Be our true Self. What a liberating choice it can be!! No vacation to exotic places needed. Feel more, think less :).
Freedom to be in the moment....to feel safe enough to be truly present...yes, yes, yes, dear Tim...with our Self but also with everyone/everything around us! Yipppeee!
