My 'Heavy-Day' Remedy

Sometimes I wake up to OVERWHELM.

Today was one of those days.

My heart goes into hiding, my worries torpedo my dreams and the little voice inside that shows me magic, stops talking.

I know its there but its still and quiet.

I don't always know why....I just know....I have to find it again.

NEW SEEDS

Seeds of my senses

Intuition

Scent

Sight

Taste

Sound

Touch

I invite my senses alive and they in turn reawaken

the magic bits of life

and suddenly

when I'm not watching....

there it is!

MY HEART,

the little voice, comes back

realizing its safe

once again

to twirl in my world.
