Wednesday Wish (10)

We are all individuals, but individuals as a part of a whole. If we could step back far enough to see the dance we are each a part of, we might see something like this:

*          *          *
My Wednesday Wish for You?

To remember that you are a vital part of this dance we call life, that even if you can't feel it, you are an integral part of the whole. Like a symphony, every instrument plays its part and is needed to make the song beautiful. Not only are you never alone, but you make this world of ours more beautiful by playing your tune. Your decisions, matter. Your actions, matter. Your direction in life, matters. You, matter. And when you honor who you are and the tune you were meant to play, you make this dance of life more beautiful for us all.

Sniff sniff! Beautiful! We are indeed connected and part of something. As a writer I always felt alone--because it's a solitary task--after I took set up the blog and met others I don't feel disconnected. Even thought I write alone, mostly live in my head, I am able to share and connect. This is a good thing meeting you and others I would never have met otherwise.

It IS so important to reach out, isnt it, Brenda? And sometimes its hard to when we as writers have such rich inner lives...but if we weren't meant to connect, to share our journeys with one another, maybe we would have been born wearing bubbles and without the gift of our connecting tools...eyes, ears, mouths, skin that tingles when touched and hearts that flutter with love. Thanks for connecting with me, Brenda. I love having you in my life:)

A very beautiful post. We tend to forget that we are part of something bigger. That's also what I love about blogging. We "meet" people from everywhere, and it feels nice and natural. Thanks for reminding us of the big picture!

Lovely words and lovely thoughts. I smiled when I saw the picture of my favorite flower, the rose. So sad I can't garden anymore. Writing fills that void now, maybe meant to be. I can write until the day I die and it feels like my place in life.

Utterly gorgeous... I began reading and watching and thinking "How'd they do that??" Then I didn't care - just that it was so beautiful! Thanks!

Hi Sher! If you didn't have to stop gardening, would you have started to write? For my sake, I'm happy you made the shift...otherwise, how would I have met your lovely energy? After all, I have a feeling we don't shop at the same grocery store:) Welcome to the blog, Sher! SoO happy to meet you and look forward to hearing your heart!

It is Friday morning here - we just started daylight saving and I am out of whack - I was feeling guilty for being an hour behind - castigating myself - then I found this - and the sky got bluer. Love the clip - the music is sensational. You know what it made me think of ? An early morning, sipping black coffee, with another blue sky and a new friend beside me...

Fantastic reminder that we are all linked. It is so important to value ourselves and others-- if we do our actions will have integrity. Harmony will ensue. (=
